Your team uses it after real meetings. We tune follow-up style and CRM output based on their first edits.

We go through adoption data and team feedback together. You receive a rollout recommendation.

Most teams run their first follow-up within a week of signing. Week one is intake and setup.
Not always. HubSpot connects with standard OAuth access and rarely needs IT approval. Stricter CRM environments or Microsoft 365 configurations may need a short approval step. We prepare the documentation for you.
Voice notes are deleted after processing. CRM notes created during the pilot stay in your CRM. We provide a data processing agreement before the pilot starts.
A team of three to five is enough to validate the product. For a rollout decision you can stand behind, six to fifteen gives you team-wide adoption data. We discuss the right scope at intake.
Adoption is the leading indicator we watch. If your team is not completing follow-up voluntarily by their fifth meeting, we review the friction points together before the pilot ends.
A paid scope creates a real evaluation. Unguided trials tend to drift. The fee covers guided setup and output tuning. You also get a pilot report at the end. Both sides commit to getting a useful answer.
HubSpot works from day one with standard OAuth access. For other CRMs, we scope the integration in week one and build it within two to four weeks. During the pilot, reps receive CRM-ready output by email and copy it into their CRM. The live sync follows once the integration is ready.
